To create a catalogue for specific customers and to maintain is often very complex - starting from the assembly of the product to the provisioning of the latest product information and the realization of numerous pages in layout software, such as InDesign.

This can be much easier — ORCANDO allows you to compose your catalogue in a mouse click. Use the catalogue module to select the product groups and products from the product information management and to arrange them in any order. Structure your catalogue by chapters and add further dynamic or static pages with complementary information.

Each catalogue can be provided with an individual cover page and be saved so that it can be changed at any time. In addition to product information and supplementary pages you may also enforce pagebreaks and comfortably arrange the order of the information per drag and drop as you wish. A concise list will then show you which print media were created when, how and in which language. For Low-Res PDFs data-optimized versions will be created. Hi-Res PDFs can be created with crops, trim marks and for documents of several pages even imposed in the international validated PDF/X3-format so that technical errors are excluded when the print shop uses those data.
