The product information management integrated Web to Print solution allows you to create your product brochures and data sheets from the existing data in no time at all and in several languages, as PDF in low-res to be sent per e-mail or as hi-res for print runs. Not layout software (and thus no more layouter) will be required any more.
The templates for the Web to Print module are created with the Template Designer and will then be available in the PIM. They can be comfortably assigned per mouse click. A concise list displays when the print media, have been created how and in which language. With Low-Res PDFs data-optimized versions will be created, which you can download immediately or provide in the download area in just one mouse click - they will automatically be assigned to the correct category as well as to the downloads of the corresponding product website. Hi-Res PDFs can be created with crops, trim marks and for documents of several pages even imposed in the international validated PDF/X3-format so that technical errors are excluded when the print shop uses those data.
